Association Introduction

Gan's Culture Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as 'the Association'), registered on August 27, 2024, in Hong Kong. The registered address is Flat A, 13/F, Ka Hing Court, 62-64 Fa Hui Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong, China. The current president is Mr. Gan Rifu from Guangxi, China.

The Association is voluntarily formed by Gan clan members aged 18 or above, individuals recommended by Gan clan members, various Gan clan associations, chambers of commerce, societies, organizations, companies, or other groups recommended by Gan clan members, as well as non-Gan surname associations, chambers of commerce, societies, organizations, and companies. It serves as a social organization for kinship networking, promoting family culture, fostering socio-economic development, mutual trust and assistance, and shared growth.

The Association's membership categories include Ordinary Members (individuals, groups), Full Members, Honorary Members, and Founding Officers.

The objectives of the Association are:

1. To inherit, disseminate, and promote the traditional culture of the Gan clan;

2. To strengthen connections, exchanges, and cooperation among clan members, enhance emotional bonds, and expand networking;

3. To guide Gan clan members in cultivating patriotism and promoting the spirit of loving the country and Hong Kong;

4. To advocate and nurture virtues of filial piety, loyalty, trustworthiness, humility, propriety, benevolence, tolerance, moral integrity, self-improvement, diligence, and professionalism;

5. To foster mutual trust and assistance, pursue shared development, and contribute to national stability, unity, and prosperity.

Gan Cultures

1. Carry out kinship and bloodline exchange activities to promote family culture and socio-economic development;
2. Love the country, the Party, and the family; deeply study the history and culture of the Gan family, inherit cultural virtues, and seek and protect cultural heritage, promoting clan culture;
3. Build good relationships, carry out various public welfare activities, such as ancestral hall construction, to promote unity, progress, and prosperous development of the Gan clan;
4. Actively participate in local historical records and Gan family cultural research activities nationwide, contributing to the promotion and inheritance of the excellent historical culture of the Chinese nation;
5. According to local customs, carry out clan exchange activities, such as respecting and caring for the elderly, and awarding scholarships;
6. Connect with clan groups and individuals passionate about public welfare, seek various forms of participation and support, and jointly explore ways and methods to develop civil public welfare.
